What material?

FOX sports exhaust systems are manufactured from various components. The primary component used is stainless steel 1.4301, which is used for all visible pipes and the exhaust body. Inside, there are perforated pipes made from stainless steel with an alloy of 1.4512. All pipes ranging from 40-70mm have a wall thickness of 1.2mm, while those with a diameter of 76mm or larger have a wall thickness of 1.5mm. The stainless steel sheet of the exhaust body is 1.3mm thick, and the exhaust caps have a thickness of 1.5mm. 

95% of our products are filled with continuous fiber that is heat-resistant up to 700°C. 
A very small portion of our range is filled with biosol wool. In some cases, we wrap perforated pipes with stainless steel wool.
